The Research Group Led by Professor Huayue Wu of the University Publishes Papers on Nature Communications-A Journal with International Reputation

Recently top international academic journal Nature Communications published the research paper Guest-Host Doped Strategy for Constructing Ultralong-lifetime Near-infrared Organic Phosphorescence Materials for Bioimaging online-a research paper on organic doping room temperature phosphorescence by the research group Prof. Xiaobo Huang and Dr. Yunxiang Lei, who are led by Professor Huayue Wu from the School of Chemical and Material Engineering. Prof. Xiaobo Huang and Dr. Yunxiang Lei in Huayue Wu’s team managed to obtain organic room temperature phosphorescent materials with longer wave length (600/657-681/732 nm) and extended life cycle (102-324 ms) by adopting the guest-host doping strategy for the first time. This project provides a practical solution for the construction of organic room temperature phosphorescent materials with both long wave length and extended life cycle.

In this project, Wenzhou University is the first communication unit, postgraduate candidate Fuming Xiao from Wenzhou University and doctorate candidate Heqi Gao from Nankai University are co-authors, Dr. Yunxiang Lei and Prof. Xiaobo Huang from the School of Chemical and Material Engineering at Wenzhou University and Prof. Dan Ding from Nankai University are corresponding authors.
